Manager
Cristina manages the accounting needs both compliance and management reporting, of many of our business clients, as well as personal tax returns for directors and shareholders.
She is fully versed in online accounting platforms including Xero and Sage. Cristina ensures we are up to date with AI and other digital advances.
Hardeep Virdee FCCA
Senior Manager
Hardeep has a wealth of experience of tax and accounting matters for private individuals and owner managed businesses including mergers and restructuring, drawn from his established career as a partner in London firms.
Silviya Green ACCA
Manager
Silviya is a Xero specialist with expertise in personal and corporate tax as well as company, partnership and self employment accounts preparation for both compliance and management accounts.
Silviya successfully completed the ACCA professional exams in April 2022.
Luke Follon MAAT
Manager
Luke’s areas of expertise are in personal tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax and accounts preparation. He specialises in tax efficiency via profit extraction and UK residential property tax and trust and estate tax.
Luke has a wealth of experience and knowledge of online accounting systems including Xero, Sage, Kashflow & Quickbooks.

Lisa Carr founded Freeman Carr in 2003, building upon a successful career in accountancy which began with KPMG.
Lisa’s aim is that clients are empowered by the firm’s advice and services, and that they enjoy an approachable, technically high level of service.
Isabella Marchetti
Senior manager
Isabella has several years of experience and specialises in company, charity and partnership accounts, corporate tax, VAT, the construction industry, and all online cloud accounting platforms.
Isabella advises clients on corporation tax planning and strategy.

Federica Mirisola
Administration and reception
Federica joined Freeman Carr in August 2024 and provides the administrative side of our business for new clients, coordinating logistics, electronic filing, general administration underpinning the smooth running of the office.
Federica is full of positive energy helping us all to make sure clients are well looked after.
Kamil Kacprzak MAAT
Associate
Kamil specialises in Xero, Kashflow, Quickbooks and other online accounting software, preparing management accounts with multiple currencies and VAT returns with his depth of knowledge on VAT rules.
